ABOUT
My name is Daniel Carney, and I am the owner of Carney Home Inspection. I've been a Kentucky licensed Home Inspector since 2014, and have inspected all types of properties throughout central Kentucky. I enjoy giving my clients peace of mind when they make one of the biggest decisions, and purchases of their lives.
At the age of fourteen I began working in the hardware and building supply industry learning about the many different components that make up a home. From plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, windows, you name it, I've studied all components of construction.

This background has helped me to evaluate every system of a home, and provide useful feedback to buyers and sellers as they go through the real estate process.

I live in central Kentucky, am a graduate of the University of Kentucky, and have a Masters in Business Administration from the University of the Cumberland's.
